We're looking for a Business Analyst with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work on the Discovery / Pre-Investment phase of a large CX / Customer Experience project. Working for a large Utilities company you'll be involved in the business scoping and cost benefits analysis of a variety of contact centre initiatives that will improve the customer experience. These would include looking at a customer self-service initiative, push notifications to notify their customers, and speech recognition / SMS / Text Channels.
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst who has strong experience of working on Customer Contact / CX / Customer Experience projects. We're looking for a Business Analyst who has strong end to end experience from proof of concept, analysing Business Cases, Costing, gathering and documenting requirements etc.
We're ideally looking for someone who can start at short notice.
