Level 3 - Specialist MS Endpoint, Intune, SCCM, Win Client

Intelligent Resource is working in partnership with a Major Private Sector Client in the UK. We are currently recruiting Technical Support Specialist to be based out of UK (remote work) for an initial period of 6 Months with possible extension.

Job Title: Technical Support Specialist (Level -3)

Location: Remote - Work from home (complete remote).

Contract Length: 6 Months.

The Maximum daily Rate: £345 per day - Umbrella.

Inside IR35.

An exciting opportunity to join our team within a growing ICT Services company with a global portfolio, as a Technical Support Specialist (TS4)

Role Purpose

The suitable candidate in this role will provide remote 3rd line technical support, including incident resolution and request handling, regarding the Managed Workspace for our global customers, in order to achieve the team's objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support customer client environments: Windows client, AD GPO, Microsoft Endpoint manager (patching, software deployment), anti-malware clients
• Manage and support customer M365 environments including aspects related to Exchange Online, Teams, Azure AD, SharePoint/OneDrive, security features
• Respond to and resolve assigned incidents

Technical & Process Skills/Experience

• Extensive desktop support experience: experience supporting Windows Client OS, Microsoft Office suite, AD group policy management, Active Directory, Desktop / Laptop technologies.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager: experience using (patch, software, OS deployment) and supporting (maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting) a Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager environment.
• Experience with mobile device and application management using MS Endpoint manager / Intune,
• Extensive knowledge of M365
• Experience with PowerShell Scripting in supporting the relevant technologies and products.
