This role focuses on in application validation, evaluation platform development, and system level optimization, with full ownership from concept to deployment. You will bridge device, application, and system perspectives to ensure our solutions deliver measurable value in real world environments. What You Will Do Own application projects end to end: specification, design, development, validation, and deployment Develop hardware and software evaluation platforms to demonstrate GaN performance in real conditions Perform in application validation and characterization, aligned with system requirements Conduct benchmarking (Si, SiC, GaN) across efficiency, power density, thermal behavior, and system performance Drive system level analysis and optimization, translating use cases into actionable insights Drive product definition with Marketing and GaN R&D using application driven insights Act as the central technical authority for customers, supporting deep dive technical discussions, design reviews, and in depth application analysis Generate data driven technical content (application notes, reference designs, documentation) Collaborate with leading research institutes and universities on advanced application R&D projects and represent the company at academic and industry technical GaN events What You Will Bring Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related field Strong power electronics background (LV to 1200V) Proven hands on hardware development experience (design, bring up, debug, validation) Experience with GaN or SiC preferred Strong system level mindset linking application and device behavior Experience in benchmarking and performance analysis Understanding of AI/data centre power is a plus Understanding of motor control, including humanoid robotics, is a plus Ability to manage HW & SW development end to end Practical, lab oriented, problem solving approach Strong communication skills and global customer engagement capability Why This Role Is Unique Opportunity to work at the forefront of GaN in real systems.
