The primary technical focus will be on assisting with AI solution deployment, including supporting the use of Amazon Bedrock and Microsoft Azure AI services as part of secure, scalable platforms operated by SRS. You will also work with enabling technologies such as the Microsoft Power Platform and the NDL Evolve suite to integrate AI and automation into business processes, undertake testing and fixes, update documentation, and support end to end service delivery.
