Role Overview We are looking for an experienced FX e-Trading Support Specialist to join a global financial services project. This role is ideal for professionals with experience supporting electronic trading platforms, FX operations, and client onboarding within a high-availability trading environment. You will work closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Technology, and external clients to ensure seamless onboarding, production support, and operational excellence across electronic trading platforms. Key Responsibilities Support electronic FX trading platforms in a production and client-facing environment. Manage onboarding and administration of e-Trading users across multiple trading platforms. Understand and support the complete FX trading lifecycle, including: Trade Execution Allocation Clearing Settlement Coordinate with Front Office, Operations, Technology, and external stakeholders to implement client connectivity and trading setups. Support post-implementation activities and resolve client issues within agreed SLAs. Troubleshoot production issues and work with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. Participate in system testing, production releases, and operational readiness activities. Ensure compliance with information security, regulatory, and operational standards. Maintain documentation for onboarding procedures, production issues, and operational processes. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients while delivering excellent customer service. Required Skills & Experience Mandatory Strong understanding of the FX market and electronic trading concepts. Good knowledge of the complete trade lifecycle: Execution Allocation Clearing Settlement Experience onboarding and administering electronic trading (e-Trading) users. Experience working within e-Trading Client Services or a related Operations/Production Support environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
