This is a hands-on technical position supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and other Microsoft cloud systems for customers across the UK and beyond. Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365-based systems as part of the helpdesk team. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Gate Automation Engineer to join their field-based team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of gate automation and access control systems, supporting both new installations and the ongoing servicing of existing systems. The role is primarily home-based, with weekly visits required to the Leicester office to replenish stock and collect equipment. Gate Automation Engineer s Key Responsibilities: Install new gate automation systems and carry out retrofits and safety upgrades on existing systems.
