About the role Join the University of Leicester as an Estates Service Help Desk Operator. The Estates Service Desk comprises a team of approximately 15 colleagues who work closely with departments across Estates and Campus Services. We provide high quality customer service to students, staff, and visitors, operating from several reception points across the central campus. We are looking for an excellent customer focused individual to join our busy team of Help Desk Operators. You will have good IT and administration skills and be able to communicate effectively over the phone, via email and face to face. The role is Part Time (30 hours per week) and we are looking for: Monday to Friday 8am - 2pm (ideally) Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm This role offers an excellent opportunity to support the effective day to day running of the Estates Service Desk, contributing to both routine operations and critical activities throughout the academic year. You will play an important part in upholding our core values of Inclusivity, Inspiration, and Impact. The post is permanent and available for an immediate start.
