We are seeking an experienced MDM Developer to design, develop, and maintain Master Data Management solutions that ensure high-quality, consistent, and reliable data across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MDM tools, data modelling, data governance, and integration within enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement MDM solutions to manage enterprise master data (eg, Customer, Product, Supplier). Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable data models. Develop and maintain data integration workflows (ETL/ELT) between MDM systems and downstream applications. Ensure data quality, consistency, and standardization across all systems. Configure and customize MDM platforms (eg, Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere). Implement data governance frameworks, including data validation, cleansing, matching, and deduplication rules. Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to align data strategies. Support data migration, data onboarding, and system upgrades. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in production systems. Ensure compliance with UK data protection regulations (eg, GDPR) and internal security policies. Document processes, workflows, and technical solutions. NOTE: Hybrid - 4 days office Mandatory

Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems such as ADP, Payroll, ERP, and Finance applications. Design and build interfaces using SuccessFactors Integration Center, OData APIs, SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite, and Middleware tools. Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting of inbound/outbound interfaces. Support end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities. Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems. Required Skills: Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations. Hands-on experience with SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite. Knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs, OData, Integration Center, and Employee Central. Experience with data mapping, transformation, and validation. Understanding of payroll integrations (ADP, SAP Payroll, or third-party payroll systems). Good knowledge of XML, JSON, REST/SOAP web services. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

The Engineers will focus on Scientific Data/Knowledge (specifically Metadata & Harmonization). This role is responsible for maximizing the value of our data assets over a lifetime to bring purpose to data by acting as translators of highly technical information from domain experts into an appropriate data model - complete with significant ontology and vocabulary - that can be utilized to effectively structure and index the data. Specifically working with Product managers and R&D subject matter expertise to define the language (data models, ontology, standards, etc.) of science into data products by acting as the voice of Knowledgebase and interoperability/value of asset. Metadata harmonization/curation and large-scale dataset ingestion (structured, auditable transformations) Ontology alignment (eg, via OLS) and entity normalisation; schema-driven automation (eg, JSON) Knowledge graph/semantic technologies where applicable (RDF, SPARQL, Neo4j/GraphDB) API/ETL engineering and data pipeline delivery (eg, FastAPI, PostgreSQL) with cloud execution as required Languages & Query: SPARQL, Scala, Python, and SQL.  Semantic Technologies: RDF/triple stores, OWL, SHACL, LinkML, and ontologies such as RAO. Platforms & Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage (GCS), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Role: OTel (Open Telemetry) Architect Location: London, UK Type: Permanent Job Description: OTel Architect: Strong expertise in Open Telemetry architecture, telemetry pipelines, and observability strategy across cloud and hybrid environments. Skilled in designing scalable collector deployments, telemetry standardization, integration with monitoring platforms (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, etc.), and enabling RCA/AIOps driven observability outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities Possess 18-20 years of work experience at a reputable Data & AI services firm. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for compelling storytelling. Demonstrable experience in delivering Microsoft Fabric data foundations for clients. Design & Implement Microsoft Fabric Data Architecture: Architect and implement scalable, reliable end-to-end data solutions using Azure/Microsoft Fabric services, covering data lakes, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines. Data Modelling & Integration: Develop and maintain robust data models, integrate internal and external data sources, and enable seamless data movement and interoperability across platforms and teams. Data Governance & Security: Establish strong DG frameworks, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (using multiple tools), and implement security best practices such as access control, data masking, and audit logging. Continually analyse data workloads, tune performance, optimise the use of Fabric/Azure resources, and proactively address bottlenecks to ensure efficient and cost-effective data operations. Demonstrated ability to create Data & AI solutions for enterprise clients and lead architecture teams by promoting standards and best practices aligned with enterprise strategy. Engage with business and technology stakeholders, collect necessary information, comprehend client expectations, clarify details through workshops, and propose and discuss optimal solutions. Ability to quickly manage and troubleshoot any escalated issues related to Data & AI delivery. The ability to conduct data landscape assessments and rationalise portfolios for tools or platforms. You should be able to provide solutions for modernising, migrating, and integrating applications on cloud, using industry best practices. Work closely with the pre-sales, account, and sales teams, providing support throughout all phases of Data & AI deal pursuits and expand existing projects. You Must Posses Drive meaningful customer conversations and achieve positive business outcomes. Prior experience in collaborating with Account Executives and Architects from Microsoft. Understanding of the Agile methodology for development and execution. Maintains an active learning approach, staying current with industry trends, and applying these insights to develop solutions, initiate new projects, and shape capability roadmaps.
