Lead and manage a creative team of junior & mid-weight designers
Develop UX strategy including visual mockups, design specifications, style guides in a fast paced reactive environment.
Working on large scale digital projects including large web builds and apps.
'Hands on' approach from initial concept through to delivery
Essential Requirements
Flair and creativity including detailed craft, design and layout across UI & UX Design
Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud, understanding of HTML/CSS & JavaScript for prototyping
Agile/Lean methodologies experience
Excellent communication and pitching skills able to explain complex concepts of design to clients.
Design experience using responsive frameworks
5+ years experience in a similar setting
