As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, configuration, and optimization of our clients global Salesforce platform to support growing business needs. SQL Support Analyst - £35,000-£45,000 - Hybrid/Swindon, Wilshire Our client is looking to add to their current IT Infrastructure team with the recruitment of an Infrastructure Engineer with a bias towards SQL Support. You will be expected to come in with a reasonable understanding of networking, Switches, Routers and Firewalls albeit this will not be something you will need to apply on a day-to-day basis so this really does need to a be rudimentary level or even being experienced in these but wanting to explore other areas of your skill set, such as the SQL aspect. The primary expectation will be around SQL and your understanding around Scripting, clustering, mirroring, backup and restore, permissions and de-bugging. The opportunity will be a key role within the wider Infrastructure team and they will allow you to a great level of autonomy rather than be micro-managed. There will also be some ticket-handling support work, but these will be mainly focussed around SQL issues that the ServiceDesk were unable to handle. This position is working in their Swindon Head Office 2 days per week with home based work the remainder of the time. IT Engineer - South West London - £30,000-£35,000 Our London based client are an organisation within the education sector and they require 2 IT Engineers to come in and be able to offer support to 3 sites in London to a combined user base of around 900. You will ideally come from a background of working in an education environment and understand the nature of how working with both pupils and teachers can be. The role is very user focussed, so you will need to be happy in this environment. Technically, the schools operate largely with Apple devices, so experience with both Apple and Windows environments is important. You will be comfortable with iOS, Macs, iPads as well as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware and networking protocol such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN and IPsec. You will be responsible for the support and the provision of the IT equipment for the sites and you will also be working closely with 3rd party provider in some cases.
