Solutions Architect - retail banking products, customer journey, origination, new customer account opening Solution Architect is required for an Edinburgh based Banking Client. Remotely based for the foreseeable, the successful candidate will be joining the business to work on the new account opening workstream. This is a multi-step process for customers when they are applying for a product like a new loan or credit card. The aim is to streamline the process ensuring the customers experience is improved along with ensuring there is more flexibility for the business. Initial Contracts will be for 6 months and Rate-Card will pay £600-£640 (via an Umbrella Company). The successful candidate for this role will require the following skills and experience: *Solution Design/Architecture experience with Retail Banking - MANDATORY *Experience delivering solution designs related to Customer Journeys, New Account opening, Retail Banking Products - MANDATORY *Experience of guiding solution design through governance and service process *Strong interpersonal and presentation skills *Knowledge of Agile Methodology *Software engineering experience would be advantageous (NODE.js/REACT.js) *Data architecture awareness.
