This is a pivotal role within the Digital Team in delivering cyber security services across the Trust and wider health and care system. The role will be involved in delivering digital safety, security and overall improvement, adhering to the Trusts objectives. The post holder will manage the delivery of all cyber security related services and applications, including cyber risk management, Data Security Protection Toolkit (DSPT) compliance against cyber related assertions, policy and procedure lifecycle management, cyber alerts or other accreditations, ensuring appropriate responses to NHSE, Cyber Auditors and any other 3rd parties and ensuring the Trust's information compliance adheres to standards and industry frameworks for cyber security. As an IT systems subject matter expert, provide technical consultancy and third line support for IT systems and services. At the Project Go-Live stage and through the Technical Change Request Process, ensure that all relevant testing, documentation and transition of knowledge and skills to appropriate teams have been completed and agreed with the relevant teams to enable smooth transfer into a fully supported operational state. Where dictated by the scale of the likely budget, partner with Procurement to complete tender exercises. This includes providing input into the sections of the Invitation to Tender document covering technical requirements and co-ordinating the technical evaluation of the tender responses. Manage to a high standard a case load of incidents, problems and service requests, and where necessary find and document new workarounds and resolutions.
