Support Analyst, 2nd / 3rd Line Support - Financial / Banking - Linux, Python, SQL. This is a hybrid role given the need to support both Wacoal and Bravissimo operations and to liaise closely with the respective IT specialists. Develop new technical capabilities and maintain stability of existing integration services. Use TypeScript, Node.js, React, SQL, and AWS resources (Lambda, EventBridge, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, ECR, CloudWatch, etc.) to build and improve services. Apply AI assisted development workflows to inspect code, generate tests, and validate changes. Maintain governance around Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS, k3s), Docker, and AWS infrastructure. Debug and resolve integration/API issues, manage contracts, retries, idempotency, and logs. Engage with platform and architectural teams to enhance engineering practices.
