The Software Manage r works as part of the development / R&D leadership team, alongside 6 other managers, reporting to the Director of Development. This role incorporates leadership/line management responsibilities, as well as project / release management aspects. They work closely with the local HR, Recruitment and Facilities teams in Hyderabad to support the needs of the team. The Manager, SunSystems Hyderabad will be a full member of the R&D Leadership team, in order to represent the Hyderabad team and co-ordinate with activities in other countries. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, and will be involved in technical discussions, problem solving and incident management, but at this stage in their career is unlikely to still be hands on with software or technical tasks.
