This is a hands on IT leadership role supporting a high availability production environment where factory uptime, cyber security, and ERP reliability are critical. You'll own day to day IT service delivery, lead site based support, and manage a mixed estate across Microsoft 365, Windows infrastructure, networks, and manufacturing systems such as MES, SCADA, and OT connectivity.
