Your role In this role you will work at the heart of change programmes, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define what needs to be built, why it matters, and how success will be measured. Your skills and experience We're looking for a candidate who brings approximately 6 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record delivering within technology enabled change programmes. You will have proven ability to elicit, document, and manage business requirements across both Agile and Waterfall environments, and be confident facilitating workshops with senior and cross-functional stakeholders turning ambiguity into clear, actionable outputs.You will demonstrate a solid command of core business analysis techniques including process mapping (BPMN), user story writing, use case development, and gap analysis. An awareness of how AI and automation are reshaping the BA discipline across requirements gathering, process modelling, and data interpretation is increasingly important to us, and familiarity with AI assisted tooling will be viewed favourably.Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Visio is advantageous.
