Facility Operations & Engineering Liaison The London facility at Chancery Lane is a high tech ecosystem. Your operational duties include: Facility Synergy: Oversee the day to day functionality of the facility, ensuring that grading suites and sound stages are operational and prepared for high profile client arrivals. Candidate Requirements: Skills & Experience We are looking for a hybrid talent-someone who loves the technical "how it works" of post production just as much as the "get it done" of project management. Industry Knowledge & Experience Proven Track Record: Previous experience working in a fast paced, high pressure post production environment is non negotiable. Workflow Fluency: You must possess a strong understanding of modern episodic and feature film pipelines, including an awareness of color spaces, frame rates, and delivery specs. Academic/Professional Background: While a degree in Film or Media is beneficial, we value practical experience and technical aptitude above all. Streaming Tech: Hands on familiarity with remote connectivity tools like Sohonet Pivot and Colorfront. Post Production Software: Basic knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and Baselight systems. You don't need to be a senior colorist, but you must know how to navigate the UI to troubleshoot basic session errors. Aptitude: A "solid technical aptitude" means you aren't afraid of a Linux terminal, a patch bay, or a complex signal chain. Interpersonal & Adaptive Skills Multitasking: You must be highly detail oriented. In this role, you will be managing a dozen tasks simultaneously, and none of them can be dropped. Diplomacy: You will work with highly creative individuals and demanding clients. A calm, composed, and diplomatic approach is essential for maintaining a positive studio environment. Proactivity: Don't wait for things to break. We need a creative problem solver who anticipates issues and devises solutions before the client notices. Team Mindset: Company 3 is a global team. Principle Developer
Naturecan Stockport, Lancashire
Group Technology Principal Developer Full-time Stockport office every Thursday; remote the rest of the week Salary dependent on experience About Naturecan Naturecan Group is a fast-growing, multi-entity health and wellness business operating across e-commerce, regulated pharmacy, and clinical healthcare. We run operations across the UK, Germany, and beyond - brands include Naturecan (D2C, 50 Shopify stores), Mycannabis and Nowomed (German medical cannabis pharmacy), WMG Pharma (wholesale pharmaceutical distribution), and Dose (our CQC-registered UK medical cannabis clinic, in development). Group net sales continue to group across Naturecan Core, MedCan pharmacy, WMG wholesale, and Dose all scaling simultaneously. The technology team sits at the heart of that growth: we build and maintain the platforms that underpin every entity in the group. The Role This is a group-level principal technical role. You will report directly to the IT Director with a remit that spans infrastructure ownership, cross-team technical collaboration, and the ability to float across streams and pick up whatever is most critical at any given point. The nature of the role is breadth and depth in equal measure. One day you may be deep in a server performance issue for the MedCan WordPress estate; the next you are reviewing Dose's payment gateway architecture or driving the security remediation programme. Context switching at pace - without losing technical rigour - is fundamental to how this role operates. In practice, the role has two dimensions: 1. Technical ownership. - owning the group's infrastructure, security governance, DNS, AI strategy, and platform-level decisions that require principal-level experience. This includes driving improvements to internal tooling and communications infrastructure - ensuring the business operates on the right foundations as it scales. 2. Cross-team technical collaboration. - supporting the Engineering Manager and delivery teams as a senior technical resource - available to dig into hard architectural or infrastructure problems and provide technical continuity across delivery streams when needed. At the outset this is an individual contributor role with no people reporting line - influence through technical depth and judgement rather than hierarchy. That said, this role is not rigidly defined. We are looking for the right person first, and if that person brings people leadership as an additional strength, there is a natural opportunity for the role to evolve in that direction as the team grows. What matters most is exceptional technical ability and the drive to use it. As an e-commerce and healthcare business, our platforms run 24/7. Occasionally that means responding to something outside of normal hours - this is part of the role and expected on those rare occasions when it's needed. We are flexible in return: if you've been working late resolving a critical issue, you are not expected to be online first thing the following morning. The goal of this role is also to put the right guardrails in place so that those situations become increasingly rare. What You'll Own Infrastructure & Security Own all DNS and domain management across the Naturecan group - a senior-only responsibility with significant business risk Lead the security audit remediation programme - driving findings from third party security partners through to resolution Endpoint management and device security - Windows EOL, device encryption, endpoint tooling configuration, and Active Directory governance GCP and cloud infrastructure governance - security posture, access controls, cost management Oversee infrastructure migration for MedCan and related legacy server decommission Drive the migration of internal business communications onto modern, structured tooling - reducing reliance on informal channels and building an infrastructure that scales with the business Ongoing IT decisions that require senior judgement - device lifecycle, authorisation decisions, tooling governance across the group MedCan - Platform Stability & Active Workstreams Work with the engineering team to formalise a clear stability plan for Mycannabis 360 and Mycannabis Wuppertal - addressing current performance constraints and ensuring the platform remains stable as clinic volumes and data grow Assess the right path forward for the MedCan WordPress estate: near term improvements, plugin and database maintenance, monitoring and alerting - with migration to Dose as the longer term destination Own the ongoing WordPress maintenance cadence: plugin security and rewrites, DB cleansing (every 3-6 months as order data grows), uptime monitoring improvements Teleclinic onboarding - technical oversight of the Clinics API and new integrations as MedCan scales its prescriber network Payment gateway integrations across the MedCan estate - future providers; implementation oversight and security review Dose - Technical Oversight Payment gateway integration - senior technical oversight and review, working closely with the Dose team and Engineering Manager Architecture review on complex Dose decisions - regulatory data handling, CQC compliance, patient data security DevOps support for the Dose platform - CI/CD, environment management, deployment pipeline stability Cross platform technical decisions, particularly where the Nowomed to Dose migration path intersects with MedCan infrastructure AI Automation & Developer Productivity Support the Engineering Manager's AI automation programme - contributing technically to the meeting to Jira pipeline, communications to ticket dashboard, and RAG systems across Jira, Confluence, and codebases Drive AI code completion and tooling adoption across both engineering teams - building shared workflow standards at scale Own the technical strategy for Claude Enterprise, API consumption governance, and MCP integration across the group Identify and ship AI driven improvements that reduce manual overhead in sprint planning, incident response, and onboarding Engineering Standards Set and maintain code review standards and engineering quality bar across Dose and MedCan teams A senior technical resource for the Engineering Manager and delivery teams - available to dig into the hard problems and bring them to resolution Technical mentoring for the Dose Engineering Lead and senior developers across both streams Developer productivity tooling - sprint analytics, Jira workflow improvements, shared tooling standards What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with most of the following - you don't need to tick every box: Technical depth 8+ years of professional software development, with strong backend and systems level experience Comfortable across a mixed stack: WordPress/PHP (MedCan estate), TypeScript/Bun.js (Dose). Node.js experience is directly transferable. Deep understanding of security architecture - authentication, authorisation, DNS/email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), endpoint management, access controls Infrastructure experience: cloud (GCP, AWS), VPS/dedicated server management, migrations, and infrastructure as code approaches Payment gateway integration experience - PSPs, webhooks, idempotency, and secure handling of payment flows in regulated contexts RESTful API design and review - able to audit, improve, and set standards across codebases you didn't write WordPress performance, plugin management, and database optimisation - able to diagnose and resolve platform degradation under load Regulated environment experience Experience working in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated environments where data security, audit trails, and compliance requirements shape technical decisions Familiarity with GDPR in a practical engineering context - not just as a compliance checkbox AI tooling & automation Hands on experience with AI assisted development - LLMs, MCP servers, RAG systems, and automation pipelines Ability to build and govern AI tooling at an organisational level - team wide adoption, standards, and cost governance Working style Thrives on context switching - equally at home firefighting a live server issue and progressing a longer term security programme; able to reprioritise without losing momentum on either Operates autonomously and works at pace - picks up complex problems, drives them to resolution, and communicates clearly throughout Comfortable as a senior technical contributor without a people reporting line - influence through depth, not hierarchy Strong written communication - able to translate complex technical situations into clear, concise summaries for non technical stakeholders Reliable under pressure - shows up on incidents, traces root causes quickly, and communicates clearly while doing it Comfortable with the realities of e commerce and regulated healthcare - platforms run around the clock, and occasionally so do the people who build them About the Team The engineering team is small, direct, and high trust. The Engineering Manager leads delivery across Dose and MedCan. The Dose team is a mix of FTE and senior contractors focused on the clinical platform. Right now we're building lead qualification across communication channels and bringing it together in our Single Customer View, while optimising our event-driven architecture for growing workloads. You'll join a small, high-discipline squad, ship to production from your first weeks, and take on more scope and independence as you go, with real room to grow your craft and your career with us. We'll invest in your development, and you'll be working alongside engineers who care deeply about how they build and will help you raise your game. What you'll own You'll own the delivery of features within your squad, shipping well-tested, production-ready Elixir that moves our product and our customers' results forward, and growing your scope and independence as you go. Your first 90 days By day 30: you've found your feet in our codebase and domain, paired with the team, and shipped your first small changes to production. By day 60: you're picking up features independently, writing well-tested code and taking an active part in technical and product discussions. Help shape the how and the why, bringing your own viewpoint to technical and product discussions and to our roadmap. Work across our event-driven architecture, building services that talk over APIs and RabbitMQ and handling a growing volume of customer data reliably. Use data and observability to understand how your changes behave in production and whether they're delivering value for customers. Grow your craft, learning from a team that cares about how it works, with a clear path toward senior over time. What you'll bring A solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, whether from a CS degree or equivalent demonstrable grounding in data structures, algorithms, complexity and how systems work under the hood. Some professional backend experience, ideally with Elixir or a similar language, and a genuine drive to deepen your Elixir skills. A habit of writing tested, maintainable code, and an interest in practices such as continuous delivery, TDD, pairing, code review and retrospectives. A data-driven mindset: you care whether the work genuinely helps customers, not just whether it ships. The judgement to use AI tools well: you use them to go faster, and your CS grounding means you can evaluate what they produce and steer away from suboptimal solutions rather than taking the output on faith. A desire to keep learning and growing, and to collaborate closely in a small team. Bonus points Production experience with Elixir, Erlang/OTP, Phoenix or LiveView. A background in Ruby or another functional language. Experience with event-driven systems, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL or Redis. Exposure to Kubernetes or Google Cloud. Not sure you tick every box? Be better today than you were yesterday: we bake learning and continuous improvement into everything we do, for ourselves and our customers. Director of Data and EHR Integration
Proximie Limited City Of Westminster, London
Position Overview This is a newly created engineering leadership role at a pivotal moment for Proximie. We're scaling rapidly, our data capabilities are central to our product and commercial strategy, and we need an experienced leader to own this space end to end. You'll unite two critical capability areas under a single vision: our Data Engineering function and our EHR Integration capability. As adoption of our Surgical Suite and Intelligence Suite accelerates globally, the volume and complexity of data exchange is growing fast. We need someone who can build the infrastructure to match that ambition, while also owning the technical relationships that make our customer integrations work. You'll lead a talented, collaborative, cross-functional team of engineers spanning both disciplines. Everyone reports directly to you. This is a role where you'll have genuine ownership, real strategic influence, and the support of a team that cares deeply about doing excellent work. At the same time, the best leaders stay close to the work. We are looking for someone who thrives in that environment - equally at home in a strategic leadership conversation and in the detail of a technical problem, and who sees hands on contribution as a strength, not a compromise. You'll sit within the Product and Technology senior leadership team, with visibility across the business at the highest levels. Job Responsibilities Data Engineering Own the architecture, quality, and scalability of Proximie's data platform. Lead the team building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, and analytics infrastructure. Set engineering standards, tooling decisions, and technical direction across the data stack (Python, SQL, DBT, AWS: S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, Aurora, Airflow, Terraform). Ensure data availability, integrity, and performance as the platform scales globally. Drive best practices in data quality, automated testing, anomaly detection, and CI/CD. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to translate data needs into platform capabilities. EHR Integration Own Proximie's EHR integration strategy and roadmap, covering HL7 v2.x, FHIR, and file based integrations. Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure data exchange between Proximie and customer EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and others). Set standards for interface engine usage (Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, or equivalent) and integration architecture. Act as the senior technical escalation point for customer EHR implementations. Partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to ensure integrations land on time and at scale. Keep pace with evolving healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR R4/R5, CDA, HIPAA, GDPR) and ensure Proximie remains ahead of the curve. Leadership and Cross Functional Lead a flat, distributed team across the UK and US - building a culture of ownership, technical rigour, and customer focus. Mentor and develop engineers at all levels; set clear expectations and create space for people to do their best work. Represent the data and integration function in senior leadership conversations, Series D due diligence, and strategic planning. Drive documentation standards so integration workflows and data architectures are always audit ready. Requirements Essential Proven track record leading Data Engineering teams in a fast moving technology environment. Deep hands on expertise in healthcare data integration: HL7 v2.x, FHIR, and interface engines (Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, or equivalent). Experience integrating with major EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar). Strong command of the AWS data stack: S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, Aurora, and orchestration tools such as Airflow. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and DBT; familiarity with IaC tooling such as Terraform. Comfortable operating across customer facing technical discussions and internal engineering leadership. Experience managing distributed or remote teams across multiple geographies. Clear communicator who can translate technical complexity for non technical stakeholders. Familiarity with healthcare data privacy standards: HIPAA, GDPR. Desirable Knowledge of surgical workflows or clinical documentation practices. Exposure to ambient sensing, computer vision, or AI/ML data pipelines in a clinical context. Familiarity with HL7 FHIR R4/R5 and modern SMART on FHIR architectures. Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Spark at scale. Why Work for Proximie? You will be encouraged to grow in your role, take ownership and gain responsibilities. Generous annual leave. Two "well being" days per year plus the day off for your birthday. "Summer Fridays" - early office closing on Fridays during summer months. Annual bonus programme - based on individual contribution. To support your professional growth, all permanent employees will have access to an annual stipend of £1,000 to assist with personal development activities. Flexible working hours - we trust our people to manage their time and to focus on wider results. A flat organisational structure where every opinion matters, ideas are cultivated, and innovation is encouraged. Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python / React)
Skin + Me
London, UK Hybrid (3 days in our Paddington HQ: Mon, Tue, Fri) Stack: Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, React, TypeScript, MySQL, AWS In 2018 we set out to solve a problem millions of people faced: not just struggling with their skin, but struggling to navigate skincare at all. We combined dermatology, pharmacy and technology into something simpler and genuinely personalised, and proved expert-led care could reach people who'd never had access to it. Today, +Me is the company behindSkin + Me, Hair + Me and Renew + Me, with more on the horizon. We're not building a single brand. We're building a category. We've delivered millions of treatments, we're profitable and growing fast, and we're expanding the engineering team to match. What you'll build You'll join the team behind our core commerce and clinical journey: the ecom stack, consultation engine, patient and prescription systems, and order generation. This is where customers discover us, complete a clinical consultation, subscribe, and receive their personalised treatment, at real consumer scale. On our Python and React stack, that's the storefront behind Skin + Me and Hair + Me, our flagship brands serving customers at scale. We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own features end-to-end across this system in our Python / Flask / React stack: backend services and data models through to the customer-facing frontend, with the judgement to make sound architectural calls as we scale to more brands and more customers. What you'll do Own features end-to-end:from Python/Flask services and data schemas to the React frontend, across systems like checkout, subscriptions, and the consultation-to-prescription flow. Scale what's working:keep the platform fast, correct and resilient through new brand launches and rising volume, and make the architectural calls that keep it that way. Lift the team:clean, well-tested code and honest reviews that help the engineers around you ship with confidence. What we're looking for Depth and breadth:strong, recent, hands-on full-stack experience. You're genuinely capable across backend and frontend, not just one side. Engineering judgement:clean code, clear API design, sound data modelling, and the instinct to pick the simple, robust solution over the clever one. Shipped impact:features you owned and shipped that moved something real for customers or the business. Care where it counts:correctness isn't negotiable when your code decides what treatment a patient receives. The stack:production command of Python (Flask) and React/TypeScript; relational databases (MySQL ideal) with SQLAlchemy/Alembic; comfort with AWS and Docker. Clear communication:most of our work happens in PRs, design docs and async decisions, so writing clearly matters. Roughly6+ yearsbuilding software in production. We read for depth and shipped impact, not years. How we work We're a small, experienced engineering team working closely with product, clinical and operations. We care about craft: clean code, honest reviews, and owning what you ship through to production. And because our software turns a clinical consultation into a real prescription and a treatment someone receives, correctness and care aren't optional here. They're the job. How we use AI Agentic tools like Claude Code and Codex are a standard part of how we work, and we're leaning into them hard: we automate the routine so we can spend our energy on the harder problems. You'll need to be comfortable working this way, and real skill with these tools is a genuine advantage we value. But it's a multiplier on strong engineering judgement, not a substitute for it, and never a prerequisite. If it's newer to you and you're keen to grow, we'll back you. Compensation & benefits We pay competitive base salaries and back them with meaningful equity, so your upside grows with the company you're helping build. Equity:a meaningful stake in a profitable, Series B-backed business that's growing fast, with flexibility on your cash/equity mix. Time off:25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Hybrid & flexible:three days together in Paddington (Mon, Tue, Fri), remote Wed/Thu, core hours 10-4 with flexibility around them. Fuelled:free breakfast and lunch on office days, plus snacks and drinks. Growth:a £500 annual personal development budget. Family & health:healthcare cash plan, cycle-to-work, and a workplace nursery scheme (save tax/NI on childcare). The extras:a dog-friendly HQ (two resident pups), an active Culture Club, and heavily discounted products for you and 10 friends & family. How we hire We keep it short and respect your time: Intro call with our engineers (25-30 mins), including a short system-design chat. A conversation with our Director of Software Engineering (30 mins). A practical take-home task, in your own time. Onsite at our Paddington HQ to review your task and meet the team. Great engineers come from all kinds of backgrounds. If this resonates, even if you don't tick every box, we'd love to hear from you. Sound like you? We'd love to hear from you.

Senior Software Engineer
Foundationhealth Manchester, Lancashire

We believe that thoughtfully applied AI can finally simplify these systems, improving both the provider's workday and the patient's experience. Specifically, we are revolutionizing the pharmacy space. We're building AI-powered systems that integrate directly with Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms, helping health systems operate effectively at scale. This isn't a "chatbot on a landing page" - it's deep, integrated infrastructure that changes how care is delivered. The Team: AI-Native by Design We're led by a technical leadership team with deep roots in high-scale engineering, including our VP of Engineering (ex-DeepMind/Google). Together, we're fostering an "AI-native" culture where we don't just build AI; we use it. We want engineers who lean on AI tools to maximize their output and automate the mundane parts of their day-to-day work. We're creating an environment where using the latest tools isn't just allowed - it's encouraged and championed by leadership. Location & Culture We have an office in Manchester City Centre, and while we aren't a "mandatory X days in the office" company, we believe in the power of getting together. We're looking for engineers who are excited to head into Manchester when needed to whiteboard, jam on ideas, and build rapport in person. Why You'd Leave Your Current Role AI Playground: Hand on with OpenAI, Langfuse, and Vertex AI to ship real world features. True Feature Ownership: Own full features end to end, from ambiguity to production. Influence Technical Direction: Collaborate closely with our VP of Engineering to shape the technical stack, establish engineering standards, and influence the product roadmap. Pure Product Engineering: Thrive when the path isn't fully paved and ship features in 48 hours. Significant Equity: Join as an early pillar and take a meaningful stake. What We Do Care About Owner & Builder: Proven track record of shipping production grade applications from scratch, discussing design choices and scaling. Thrive in Ambiguity: Break loose product requirements into execution plans and drive implementation. Technical Leadership: Influence direction, run spikes, raise engineering bar through reviews and mentoring. AI Native Mindset: Work on AI products or embed AI tools into workflow for efficiency. Benefits Employee Stock Option Program: Share in Foundation Health's success. Generous Paid Time Off. Remote Working: Work from anywhere and thrive in a flexible, digital first environment. Health, Dental, and Vision Plans. Flexible Working: Customize your schedule for work life harmony.
