Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the senior technical authority of the Application Support function. Liaising with internal stakeholders and clients to understand project requirements and manage expectations. Handling escalated support requests, assisting junior technicians, and picking up tickets as necessary. Leading client showcases of products, delivering product demonstrations and adjusting templates as needed. Developing and documenting technical roadmaps, understanding deliverables, and ensuring adherence to project timelines. Using SQL to adjust templates and introduce enhancements. Working collaboratively with Project Managers and Developers to maintain seamless project handoffs and communicate changes. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in Application Support and Project Delivery. Strong technical skills, particularly in SQL for template adjustments and customisations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into clear language for clients. Ability to manage and support multiple projects, providing direction and technical expertise. Familiarity with end-to-end project lifecycle management and client relations.
