Establish initial contact with the client and introduce the project team. Arrange access to project management and online portal systems for internal and external project stakeholders. Ensure all relevant project documentation is uploaded, maintained and accessible to both technical teams and clients via online portal systems. Plan, coordinate and facilitate project handover and kick-off meetings with internal and external technical teams to ensure project objectives and requirements are clearly understood. Develop and maintain project schedules, including Information Release Schedules, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure key milestones and deadlines are achieved. Prepare, distribute and upload project-specific technical documentation and datasheets for client review and approval. Coordinate and agree project delivery schedules with clients to meet programme requirements. Prepare material take-offs and procure project-specific sundry items in line with project requirements. Liaise with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and monitor adherence to agreed delivery dates. Receive, investigate and coordinate responses to technical and commercial queries raised by site teams, ensuring timely resolution to maintain project progress. Essential Skills & Knowledge Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong IT literacy with Microsoft Excel and project management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications & Training A-C Grades in Maths and English Scottish Highers/English A-Levels. HND or Degree level education with Project Management course content. Preferred Qualifications Qualification in Building Design. Working knowledge of current Scottish and UK Building Regulations. Experience 2+ years' experience within the sub-contract building industry (or a similar role). Working understanding of plan, elevation and detail drawings. Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
