Reports To: Software Manager Primary Purpose We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in C# and industrial automation to develop advanced software solutions for semiconductor inspection systems utilizing Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). This role involves creating high performance, precision control software for metrology and defect inspection tools used in semiconductor fabrication environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain software for AFM based semiconductor inspection systems using C# and .NET technologies.
