* Virtual server troubleshooting i.e. performance impact, virtual disk expansion etc.
* Monitor server performance, capacity and utilization
* Troubleshoot break/fix issues and respond to service requests on these technologies.
* Knowledge of VMware templates and cloning.
* Good Knowledge of VMWare Site Recovery Manager (SRM)
* Knowledge and experience of Storage protocols like (NFS, FCoE, CIFS, etc )
* Good understanding of SAN storage in VMware environment.
* Knowledge of VDI / Horizon View, Citrix, HP Server/ Blade/ Cluster technologies.
* Experience with scripting in a Windows environment (e.g. PowerShell and VBScript)
* Support the implementation of VMware hardware and operating systems solutions below
* Microsoft Server 2008/ 2012, Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, 2013, Microsoft SharePoint 2007, 2013
