As Senior Insight and Intelligence Manager (SIIM), you will play a pivotal leadership role at the heart of the Trust's digital and data ambition, transforming complex data into meaningful insight that drives better decisions and improves outcomes for children, young people and families. About The Role Managing and developing a high-performing team within TIIC, providing leadership, coaching, supervision, and professional development. Contributing to the development and delivery of the Trust's Performance and Quality Assurance (PQA), Data and Digital Strategy, and reporting progress to Trust Leadership Team (TLT). Leading and championing business intelligence and insight, driving innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance. Producing and presenting high-quality analytical reports, translating performance data into clear insight, trends, and intelligence that inform decision making. Leading the design, development, and maintenance of complex Power BI dashboards and reporting that support strategic priorities and statutory requirements. Partnering with senior leaders and operational services to turn complex data into actionable insight that improves practice and outcomes. Driving Ofsted readiness, ensuring data, reporting, and performance systems are robust, accurate, and inspection ready. Leading on data governance and data quality, strengthening confidence in data and enabling informed decision making across the Trust. Supporting PQA and SEF (self assessment framework) reporting, statutory returns, and inspection activity with high quality, reliable datasets. Supporting service improvement through performance insight, forecasting, and systematic review of practice and outcomes Managing the Trust's reporting infrastructure and supporting business change to enable continued improvement. About you: Professional qualification at degree level or equivalent (including relevant experience) covering Digital, Information Management, and Business Intelligence skills.
