Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That's why we've set out on a mission to build the world's most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We're bringing that mission to life with HMND 01 Alpha - our rapidly developed humanoid platform now running in real industrial pilots - and we're growing the team to take it even further. About the Role As ERP Programme Manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of Humanoid's ERP programme across all workstreams. While this role sits within the IT organisation, the ERP programme is a business transformation initiative, not an IT-only delivery. As such, accountability for delivery spans business process change, data, controls, testing, change management, training, and technology implementation. You will operate as the single point of delivery accountability for the programme, ensuring that all streams progress in a coordinated, disciplined, and outcome-focused manner, regardless of organisational ownership. This role requires someone who combines structured programme discipline with a strong execution bias, able to enforce standards, drive decisions, and maintain momentum in a fast-growing, complex environment. You will work closely with a designated Programme Owner, but you will be responsible for ensuring the programme delivers on its objectives, milestones, and outcomes. What You'll Do End-to-End Programme Accountability Own delivery of the ERP programme across all business and IT workstreams. Act as the single point of accountability for overall programme outcomes. Ensure workstreams operate as an integrated programme, not independent silos. Translate business objectives into executable delivery plans. Programme Governance & Control Define and enforce programme governance, delivery methodology, and cadence. Establish programme forums, reporting, and decision structures. Maintain an integrated programme plan covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, and risks. Ensure transparent, fact-based reporting of progress, risks, and issues. Business Workstream Oversight Hold business workstream leads accountable for inputs, decisions, and delivery commitments. Ensure business process design, controls, and operating model changes are delivered on time. Drive timely decision-making across Finance, Procurement, and Operations. Ensure business readiness is planned and executed. IT & Solution Delivery Oversight Coordinate closely with the ERP Solution Lead and IT workstream leads. Ensure configuration, integrations, data, and technical activities align with business needs. Manage dependencies between technical and business activities. Ensure non-functional requirements (controls, security, supportability) are addressed. Vendor & System Integrator Management Lead day-to-day delivery management of system integrators and ERP vendors. Hold vendors accountable for end-to-end delivery. Challenge delivery assumptions, estimates, and resourcing where required. Ensure commercial and delivery realities remain aligned throughout the programme. Scope, Risk & Decision Management Own scope management across business and IT dimensions. Maintain a live and actionable RAID log with clear ownership and mitigation. Drive structured, fact-based decision-making by presenting options and implications. Escalate risks early, clearly, and constructively. Testing, Go-Live & Stabilisation Maintain delivery grip through early life support until stabilisation is achieved. Ensure an integrated testing strategy covering business processes, data, and technology. Plan and execute end-to-end cutover and go-live activities. Ensure operational readiness across support, controls, and training. What We're Looking For Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP programmes with accountability across business and IT workstreams. Experience delivering ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or Oracle NetSuite. Demonstrated ability to run complex, cross-functional programmes with single-point accountability. Track record of holding business stakeholders, system integrators, and vendors to account. Highly organised, methodical, and disciplined, with a strong bias to execution. Comfortable challenging stakeholders and saying "no" when required, backed by facts and implications. Excellent communication skills, able to operate credibly at senior levels. Nice to have Experience delivering ERP in manufacturing, engineering, or product-led environments. Experience operating in scale-up environments where structure must be created. Background in programmes involving significant business process change. What We Offer Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of annual leave (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid bank holidays and company holidays. Fully funded private healthcare for UK employees, with broad provider access, virtual and in person care, and strong mental health and serious illness support. Pension scheme with a total 8% contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings. Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in office. Collaboration with top tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics. Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.

As a Solution Architect, you will be the primary architectural authority for our Company Tower (Corporate G&A) and act as a critical bridge between our Enterprise ERP ecosystem (SAP) and Modern Engineering platforms. You will cover end-to-end value chains for HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Gross to Net (G2N), while providing technical thought leadership to ensure a neutral fit approach across custom cloud native builds, SAP BTP extensions, AI driven automation, and best of breed SaaS. Responsibilities Lead the "build vs. buy vs. extend" analysis, objectively evaluating if a business need is best met within the ERP SAP ecosystem, through custom engineering (GCP/Azure), or via third party SaaS. Support the holistic Company domain architectural blueprint owning key architecture assets including the city map and reference architecture to influence the right investments across a product group (HR, Finance, Legal, etc.) with a focus on new features and technical debt reduction. Advise on the design of scalable AI & automation patterns for integrating Generative AI and LLMs into corporate workflows while maintaining strict data privacy, controls, SOX and compliance. Where integrating with ERP, partner with ERP domain architects and technical service owners to own the architecture assets that ensure the ERP remains standard, moving custom logic to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) or external microservices to reduce technical debt. Design implementation paths that treat the ERP as a set of services, driving a composable landscape where SAP and Non SAP components communicate via standard APIs and events.
