Managing Amazon Advertising and Retail Media to improve ROAS, ACoS and TACoS. Monitoring Buy Box ownership, Share of Voice, BSR, glance views and competitor activity. Using Helium 10, Profitero, DataHawk, Pacvue, Marketplace Pulse or similar platforms to identify growth opportunities. Managing forecasting, promotional investment, inventory and new product launches. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver profitable growth. Strong understanding of Amazon 3P, Retail Media and marketplace growth strategies. Hands-on experience with Helium 10, Profitero, Pacvue, DataHawk, Marketplace Pulse or similar. Knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), Amazon DSP or Amazon Advertising is advantageous. Experience improving catalogue health, digital shelf performance, keyword optimisation and conversion. Commercial ownership of forecasting, promotional spend and P&L. Strong understanding of Amazon metrics including ROAS, ACoS, TACoS, Buy Box %, Share of Voice and retail readiness. Experience within FMCG or consumer goods. Interview process Teams interview with the Global eCommerce Director.
