Your new role Qualified to Foundation Level in Software Testing (or equivalent) Very good experience of functional testing and analytical skills Good knowledge of non-functional testing and exposure to utilising relevant test tools Experience of automated testing, has exposure of multiple automation frameworks and could advise projects on relevant frameworks to use Good knowledge of agile methodologies and software engineering best practice Good knowledge of testing techniques and the use of appropriate test tools Experience of reviewing test outcomes and producing relevant documentation A keen eye for detail and use of initiative Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience of allocating and prioritising own work Capable of interpreting and adapting existing procedures and practices to achieve results Ability to effectively communicate with business and technical customers within the organisation Has the ability to extract testable acceptance criteria from user stories, and identify risks and gaps within project requirements Experience of geospatial data, systems and products is desirable but not essential Good knowledge of common database technologies Experience with build/release/test Pipelines to form part of continues integration and delivery What you'll need to succeed Experience of cloud platforms, such as Azure Exposure to ESRI technologies, products and applications is desirable but not essential Experience using relevant development languages within test, including Java, Python, Bash and/or PowerShell What you'll get in return Flexible working options available.
