Key Responsibilities Architect end-to-end integration solutions using API-led, event-driven, and microservices patterns. Design scalable, resilient data flows across internal and third-party platforms. Define and govern integration standards, frameworks, and best practices. Lead system integrations, including cloud platforms and external vendor solutions. Ensure security, performance, and reliability across all integrations. Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimise throughput and latency. Oversee integration testing and deployment within Agile/DevOps pipelines. Maintain clear technical documentation (architecture diagrams, APIs, data models). Skills & Experience 5+ years' experience in integration architecture or Back End engineering. Strong expertise in API design (REST/SOAP), Middleware, and messaging systems. Hands-on experience with distributed systems and integration patterns. Proficiency in Java, SQL/databases, JSON/XML, and messaging technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Experience with CI/CD, automation, and cloud or hybrid architectures. Desirable Cloud integration platforms (Azure Integration Services, AWS). Security standards (OAuth2, JWT, API gateways). Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Enterprise system integration (ERP/CRM). Personal Attributes Strong systems thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. Clear technical communicator across teams and stakeholders.
