The role can be tailored depending on your level, making it well suited to someone operating at intermediate through to senior level. You'll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, playing a hands-on role in both delivery and team support. Key Responsibilities Leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams across all RIBA stages Producing high quality technical drawings, specifications and construction information Managing and delivering projects independently where required Preparing and submitting Planning and Building Control applications Undertaking design and technical reviews within the team Mentoring and supporting junior team members Attending site visits, client meetings and consultant coordination meetings Supporting wider business development activities Requirements Significant experience within a similar role, delivering projects from concept through to completion Experience working on education projects (highly desirable) Strong technical knowledge, including UK Building Regulations and construction methods Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable and AutoCAD Experience producing specifications (NBS Chorus beneficial) Excellent detailing ability across new build and existing buildings Strong communication skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach Ideally working towards or already holding CIAT accreditation This is a strong opportunity to join a respected consultancy with a supportive and forward thinking culture.
