The Project Manager is responsible for guiding delivery toward successful outcomes, including budget, scope, team coordination, and project performance.Responsibilities include the standard PM activities of Change management via project change requests, RAID management and control, resource and financial controls within the scope of the project. In addition, the Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the scope and course of projects are on track and that updates are communicated to customer, Fusion and where appropriate, Vendor stakeholders who are part of the Project Team. Tracking and reporting on progress for outcomes-based deliveries and managing the Fusion Value Adoption reporting where appropriate. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate 3rd party suppliers and resources allocated to including approval and control time spent by resources working on assigned projects Establish good working relationships with customers with an aim to be seen as a a trusted advisor by customers on their projects Deliver regular, standard stakeholder reporting as required by each project, typically weekly Status reporting and monthly Governance meetings Take accountability for project budgets including financial reports for each project Coordinate internal and external reporting; gather, analyse, and summarise data for project teams Develop and maintain project tools, templates, methods and processes Build positive working relationships across distributed teams and foster effective collaboration Evaluate and monitor project performance and implement efficiencies to ensure timelines are met working internally and with customers Maintain regular and clear communication with the customer, Fusion Professional Services (PS) management and account teams. Provide regular project updates to Fusion PS management Provide internal updates on project finances (forecasting, revenue recognition) Oversee multiple projects in a commercial environment across a number of industries Monitor timesheet completion and assist/train staff as needed Monitor project budgets; review reports and expenses to ensure optimum use of funds Perform day to day technical management of delivery teams: assign tasks, monitor progress, manage workload, issues and risks related to projects Be proactive, adaptive to change and flexible within boundaries to maximize margin and deliver what the customer needs with Change requests where appropriate Contribute to the development and enforcement of Fusion's project methodology Demonstrate confident, fair, and collaborative leadership to guide projects effectively to ensure the right outcomes for the customer and Fusion Operate effectively in a work effectively in a high-demand environment With clients, continuously validate progress against agreed goals.
