Job Description

Helpdesk Support Engineer is required for a leading IT consultancy based in the Thatcham area of Berkshire. You will be the required to provide remote support to clients throughout the Thames Valley. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality 1st and 2nd Line IT Technical Support and will ideally have some previous experience within an IT Support / Helpdesk or Service Desk role. Client The successful candidate will join a leading IT Consultancy who encourage their employees to improve their skill sets through training for various certifications. Skills Required - Previous IT Support experience (preferably within a Helpdesk or Service Desk environment) - Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers / Exchange and Active Directory - A knowledge of VMWare would be desirable.
