Graduate Technical Support Analyst Bristol Competitive Salary Our Client, a global organisation within the technology and consultancy sector is currently seeking a recent IT Graduate to join their dynamic and established team on a full-time, permanent basis in Bristol. You will be responsible for responding to customer technical queries, providing guidance and resolutions within set timeframes. Key Responsibilities: * Responding to customer queries within given targets, providing advice and resolutions related to the company’s products and services * Investigating and fault finding as part of the resolution process * Looking for process/service improvement opportunities * Knowledge sharing within the team * Communicate with customers via phone, email and live chat * Work successfully to departmental SLAs – initial response times, resolution times and CSAT scores * Ensuring that customer experience is at the forefront of decisions made Experience and Skills Required: * Recent Graduate in an IT related subject (Computer Science, Information Technology etc) * 1+ years’ experience within a fast-paced technical support environment ideal but not essential * Strong Excel skills * Strong problem-solving ability * Willingness to learn the infrastructure surrounding bespoke products and pick up SQL and Oracle knowledge quickly * Customer focused attitude with a friendly telephone manner * Experience with Windows Server environments ideal The following technical skills are desirable but not essential; * SQL Server * Oracle Databases * Apache/Reverse proxies * Tomcat * Glassfish/Jboss * Java * SAML/LDAP/Single sign on technologies * New Relic monitoring * Experience supporting HR or Payroll Software * Experience supporting multiple product lines This is an exciting opportunity to join an interactive and dynamic team within a market leading organisation. This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 6pm. You must also be willing to work on call on a rota basis.
