THE PERSON
In order to succeed in this role, it is essential that you have the following skills and experience:
* Experience with Computers, and desktop applications
* Experience with repairs of computers and builds
* Ability to follow documentation procedures
* Ability to work as part of a team as well as alone when required
* Interest in Server topology and a good learning ethic
* Ability to learn
* Answering calls from clients seeking technical support/advice
* Fault finding and troubleshooting
* Using Client Relationship Management software (Connect Wise) to log and monitor Support Requests
* Providing remote support via remote access tools
* Dealing with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Key Person Skills
* Smart and courteous towards customers both in a face to face role and over the telephone
* Common sense in dealing with customers and their issues
* Problem solving
* Ownership of a resolution from start to finish
* Customer Service is a key attribute.
* Smart and professional dress sense
SALARY
To £22,000 Base dependent on skills and experience plus excellent company benefits
The role is based in Fleet, Hampshire and is commutable from Camberley, Frimley, Aldershot, Hook, Basingstoke, Basghot, Yateley, Farnborough, Lightwater, Winchester, Bracknell, Wokingham, Surrey, Berkshire
