IT Support Technician - Wareham - £22K

IT Support Technician required by our prestigious client based in Wareham, if you are looking for an opportunity where your technical skills will be thoroughly utilised in a field-based IT Support role, then this job could be for you! You will play an integral part of the IT team, requiring you to provide internal support to offices based in Dorset and Somerset. As a IT Support Technician, you will be primarily based in the Wareham office responsible for mainly 1st line support activities such as taking calls from users, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues both over the phone and face to face at various office premises. This is an ideal opportunity if you wish to be in an IT role that involves traveling. IT Support Technician Requirements: * Minimum 12 months experience in an IT Support role * Must have full clean driving license and own vehicle to enable transport of equipment between offices * Experience of Windows 2008R2, Windows 7, Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office 2013 and PC Hardware is essential * Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills * Good admin skills * Genuine interest in IT and willing to learn new skills The salary for this position is up to £22,000 p.a. depending on skills and experience plus discretionary bonuses.
