Job Description

We are recruiting for a Technical Delivery Manager for our client, one of the UK’s most successful independent, IT, Cloud & Managed Services Providers. The business split across four main focus areas of: Technology Solutions, Cyber Security, Cloud Solutions, and Communications. Technical Delivery Manager (ICT Support) - Role & Responsibilities: • This role operates from an external client base in the Leeds area • To be responsible for effective Project delivery • The ability to communicate technical issues to a non-technical audience • Keeping project plans / documentation up to date • To meet with and provide key stakeholders with effective communication regarding new / in life projects • End to end ownership of all Projects and Internal developments through to closure • Build strong relationships through effective methods of communication • Identify and work towards service improvements • Assess, prioritise and manage workload ensuring team goals are achieved Skills, Knowledge & Experience • Experience of Unix based systems • ITIL framework • VoIP Telephony systems • Line of Business application support / project experience • Staff mentoring & development • 5 Years working in IT Support or Project team with demonstrable experience at a 3rd line level and / or a Managerial position. • Strong understanding of Microsoft Server & Desktop technologies and their associated suite of packages • Experience of Server / Workstation hardware (Upgrade / Migration / Rollout) • Mobile technologies - Android / iOS • Ability to lead and operate within a team • Working within a financial services company Benefits • Up to £45,000 basic salary • Pension Scheme • Up to 10 days training per annum • Perkbox • Free financial wellbeing advice • Childcare voucher scheme • Birthdays off as a paid holiday • An extra week holiday the year you get married • Referral scheme Due to the amount of applications we receive, unfortunately we are not able to give feedback to all candidates, if you have not heard back within 5 days please assume that you have not been successful for the role you have applied for.
