Senior ESaaS Operations Engineer

A Global Blue Chip organisation currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior ESaaS Operations Engineer to join their established but rapidly expanding Technology Practice. Key Accountability * Work as Live Operations Engineer for our Bank-wide Elastic Stack clusters * Drive Customer Success though working with the internal ESaaS communities * Provide and actively help ESaaS onboarding and integrations as well as provide engineering and automation for new integration patterns * Monitor and provide live support for the ESaaS live clusters in non production and production * Incident Management and resolutions * Provide Kibana developer and training for user teams * Use all Elastic features to provide elaborative and new dashboards for user teams as well as ESaaS own Clusters * Participate and help with architecture and design of new features * Contribute your part in the agile delivery, automated testing and ITIL Your Role * Work as Live Operations Engineer for our Bank-wide Elastic Stack clusters * Provide and actively help ESaaS onboarding and integrations as well as provide engineering and automation for new integration patterns. * Contribute your part in the agile delivery, automated testing and ITIL. * Monitor and provide live support for the ESaaS live clusters in non-production and production. * Incident Management and resolutions Essential Skills * Elastic Stack and/or Kafka expertise or expertise implementing and operating big data real time analytics tools * Java and/or Python as well as good security understanding of AWS and on Premise solutions handling large amounts of data. * Experienced in live operations support and monitoring is a strong benefit. **Should the above be of interest, please apply immediately to receive a more detailed job specification
