Quality Analyst

Quality Analyst Analysis of quality systems data across Manufacturing Business Centre(s). Implementation and maintenance of data analysis process to demonstrate the effectiveness of the QMS system. Active participation in cross-departmental improvement activities and projects ranging from process improvements to new product development. Setting up validated spreadsheets, conducting data and software validation activities. Providing statistical guidance during design verification activities and Subject Matter expert for software applications within the QMS. * Collate, analyse and present KPI data in clear and concise manner configured towards the target audience * Manage schedule for external and internal reports. Produce internal and external reports providing updates on performance of the QMS * Manipulation of large data sets using Excel or other data analytics tools (Qlikview, Micro strategy, Minitab) * Create data analysis tools to develop and maintain QMS information. * Statistical/Analytical support and process owner during design verification activities * Administration and Subject Matter Expert for QA applications and databases. * Manage Quality Management Review meetings for OKM M-BC Senior Management Team. * Process Owner for Statistical techniques * Software Validation for relevant QMS data collation systems and software packages. * Key support for QMS data supporting Post Market Surveillance activities * Process owner for Quality Action Plan for objectives set on a global level. Key input within the CAPA committee meeting including CAPA Risk Reviews * Degree, or equivalent, in a Mathematics or Statistics Discipline. * Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Data Management Systems. * Understanding and basic manipulation of SQL (Structured Query Language) queries. Experience within the Medical Device industry is desired
