Python Developer £50,000 | Oxford Python/Django/SQL/React/Docker/Elasticsearch/Vue A new opportunity for a Senior Python Developer to work in an environment allowing them to take lead on the development on bespoke apps for a diverse client base ranging from start-ups to blue chip companies. You’ll be working for a company that promotes a friendly working environment as part of a high quality development team. Alongside the development of dynamic applications, you’ll also have the opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle, as well as the chance to take the role of Technical Lead on certain projects. This role is based in a location that is easily commutable from the surrounding areas of Oxford. Skills you’d need to be successful An expert in Python, experience or knowledge of Django is also required Knowledge of one or more of these languages: React, Vue, Docker, DRF, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL Strong knowledge of SQL, Linux & GIT Confidence to communicate with clients to take and translate requirements Ability and willingness to take the role of Technical Lead when required Experience of working across the full software development lifecycle Ability to mentor, teach and line manage colleagues You’ll receive the following benefits Salary of up to £50,000 Opportunity to work on projects for some of the world’s most recognisable brands Bonus – Performance Based 25 days annual leave (plus bank holiday) Life Assurance Pension Contribution Flexible Working My client loves to see pro-active developers with a real passion for coding.
