A global tech retailer is looking for an Ecommerce Support Specialist to join a new team supporting new markets around the globe. You’ll need to have previous technical experience with an Ecommerce platform such as Hybris or Magento and an analytical mind to help solve issues are first point of contact. You will be trained on their new custom built platform, allowing you to learn various development languages like JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Java. The idea is, you become a specialist in their solution, advising users on technical issues as well as how the solution works. To be considered you will need some experience in the following areas: * Technical support background * Ecommerce platform – Magento / Hybris * Basic understand of any of the following: * Java / SQL / JavaScript / HTML / CSS * Worked on 3rd Party or ERP systems This is a great career opportunity for anyone to join a global household name, be trained in a bespoke solution and have a career path to being a subject matter expert.
