Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a forward thinking information systems consultancy based in Northampton who are looking for a skilled Application Support Analyst to join their team. This is a great chance for you to join a fast-paced Microsoft Partner with a team of professionals who have a wealth of experience to share with you. Core Skills: * Liaise with Dynamics CRM Developers and CRM Consultants * Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM * Provide 2nd-3rd line application on internal and external developed applications * Excellent analytical skills and expertise in problem solving * Maintaining support issue status on customer support portals * Managing problems from identification through to resolution Desirable Skills: * Minimum of two years’ experience in helpdesk or 2nd line support role * Experience in testing, creating test plans, user testing support * Exposure to working to SLAs; providing support or troubleshooting and handling customer queries * Programming experience e.g. C#, .NET, HTML, ASP, JavaScript would be an advantage If you would be interested in finding out more about the role, please apply now.
