Job Description

Dynamics 365 Analyst based in Northampton Role: * You will be responsible for providing high quality operational and technical application support to customers, whilst meeting all Service Level Agreements and KPIs. * You will be working closely with Dynamics CRM Developers and CRM Consultants * You will be managing problems from identification through to resolution * Maintaining support issue status on customer support portals Skills: * 2 years experience in an application support role and providing 2nd-3rd line application support. * Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM * Knowledge of HTML and Javascript * Excellent analytical skills and expertise in problem solving * Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
