Software Configuration / Application Support Analyst - SQL - £25 - £35k + Bonus & Benefits Overview: A fantastic Insurance Company based in Kent is searching for a Software Configuration/Application Support Analyst who has experience using SQL, HTML and configuration experience to join their IT department. You will be working with a team of skilled analysts and developers adopting Agile techniques who are responsible for ongoing change to deliver new functionality, whilst uplifting the quality of delivery into QA environments. Role & Responsibilities: • You will responsible for the maintenance, enhancement and troubleshooting on business systems used within the organisation. • Configure new data fields to enable our policy administration through technologies using Aquarium. • Overseeing Service Desk requests and making sure these are resolved in a timely manner. • Feedback all update and changes to the business in a clear manner. • Be a subject matter expert to the business. Essential Skills & Experience: • SQL and HTML experience • Experience working within configuration tech stack would be an advantage. • Experience of working with CRM technologies. • Strong team player with excellent communication skills. • Strong telephone manner Package: •£25,000-£35,000 basic salary • Annual bonus • 25 days annual leave (plus 8 Bank Holidays) • Flexible working and remote working.
