Network Engineer

Job Description: A new position for network management which includes security, IPT and video conferencing services in Europe, CIS, Middle East and Africa. One of the world’s leading organisations needs to provide support to customers’ using Network circuits, VPN, VoIP, Video conference and other services over a secure network. Customers are based over 150 sites and are spread throughout the EMEA and CIS region. He or She has ability to analyze and fix customer’s problem utilizing required qualifications detailed below. * Service status managing * Manage network service and delivery including circuit, device etc. * Manage IP addresses of the customer sites. * Manage configuration and diagram * Add, remove, change IP according to customer’s request. * Apply additional function at site related network by customer. * * Manage asset * Manage all the circuit including contact term * Manage routers, firewalls and video conferencing devices including maintenance at all sites. * Manage SLA including claim credit * * Trouble shooting * Take a call from customer. * Trouble shooting via communicating with vendor companies which is in Korea. * Trouble shooting via circuit provider companies * Resolve the problem. * Trouble reporting to customer. * Escalation to other division in Korea. * * Performance management. * NMS DB update * Manage quality of service * On site supporting * * Project * On site network and security analysis * On site network installation or upgrade (Cisco routers and switches) * Training site operation manager and user * Execute project in case by case * * Proposal * Make proposal for the network including security enhancement and IPT, video conferencing. Knowledge/Experience * Implementation and Operation Data centre Network (LAN) and Wide area network(WAN) above 7 years’ experience. * Network design, configuration, integration & installation of the Data centre network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) for the clients’ subsidiary with Cisco and various vendor load balancer devices. * * Experience of implementation and operation for large complex Data Centre network and large office Wan network with various vendor network devices such as Cisco, Juniper and Load valance hardware vendor * Experience of Tier-3 network support in a 24x7 hosted * Experience with Quality of Service in various data/voice network implementations. Advantage - * Experience of supporting a MS or UNIX environment and excellent prioritisation and planning abilities. * Experience of implementation of large complex Data Centre network and large office Wan network with various vendor network devices such as Cisco, Juniper and Load valance hardware vendor Networkers acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers and is part of Gattaca Plc.
