Looking for a Junior/1st Line Technical Support Engineer to join a great, expanding business in the Bradford / Bingley area. The successful 1st line engineer / helpdesk advisor will offer excellent service to a range of IT users, working with a variety of IT technologies. You should have a keen interest in IT and technology, and be familiar with/have an understanding of technologies such as Windows 7/8/10 Desktops, Windows Servers, Virtualisation (vmware/citrix) Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange. Full training, both on the job by a team of highly skilled colleagues, and also external professional Microsoft courses will be provided, with genuine opportunity for quick progression within an expanding business, where you can expand your technical abilities and begin to work with servers, networks, and cloud/virtualisation technologies.
