We are currently looking for a 2nd / 3rd Line Techncial Support Engineers with experience of IT infrastructure and networking environments, to join an exciting an rapidly expanding company who specialise in IT Services, based in Leeds. The 2nd /3rd line technical support engineers will work with a range of customers, supporting a wide range of infrastructure / networking technologies The successful candidates will possess solid skills and experience within a similar role and will have experience with as many of the below technologies as possible (not all essential): Technical Requirements: * Technical Support experience with Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 * Virtualisation - vmware / citrix * Exchange 2007/2010/2013 * Active Directory * Windows XP/7/8 Desktop * Back up technologies * Understanding of networking / firewall / anti-virus concepts would be beneficial Above all, you must be a good team player, demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn new skills and be ambitious to develop your technical skills and progress your career.
