Kronos Technical Support Administrator £35-45k St Albans Our client is a leading retailer with their Head Office based in St Albans. They are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Administrator to support their workforce with Kronos Technical Support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a Kronos Technical role. Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, analyse, and recommend changes to support the Kronos application Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting support for the system across all areas of the business including responding to all support queries logged through the internal help desk Integration and on-going support of interface with the Payroll system Leading the planning, design, development and configuration of the supported application Identify opportunities for process improvements, develop and implement improvements, document and train existing users on all KRONOS-related procedures Perform configuration, re-configurations, upgrades, enhancements, implementation, maintenance and user acceptance testing activities for the timekeeping and workforce application Act as technical liaison and subject matter expert with internal client organisations and peer technology partners on timekeeping and workforce application Train additional internal Subject Matter Experts (SME) for timekeeping and scheduling modules as directed by management to support company's long term growth strategies Work alongside the HR team on system integration's, projects and incident management The hours of work are 9-5pm Monday to Friday and you will be provided with Free Parking in St Albans
