2nd Line IT Technical Support Engineer – Reading Avanti Recruitment is working with an IT Services provider in the Reading area to recruit a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their technical team. You will work with their impressive list of clients to trouble shoot a variety of technical problems across Windows operating systems, networking and basic server issues. You will be providing remote support to clients and must have good all round technical knowledge of the last Windows technologies and operating systems including Windows XP -10, Networking (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP), Firewalls, Routers and backup technologies. Any experience trouble-shooting Windows Server (SBS) or Virtualisation with (VMWare or Hyper-V) would be beneficial but is not essential.
