Network Engineer

Network Engineer - Peterborough - Cisco My client, a leading IT services organisation, are seeking a senior network engineer (Cisco) to join their team based in Peterborough. The role will be to provide 3rd line technical support for any incidents raised from the service desk. The role will be mainly focused Cisco technologies including routing and switching. You will be required for BAU activities and to adhere to SLA's within ITIL framework working with Cisco technologies. Technical requirements; - Experience with Cisco technologies - Proven experience in SLA driven 3rd line support role - Experience with at least one of the following; F5, Paulo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet - Strong communication and customer service skills - Experience in delivering projects (network/Cisco preferred) - Experience with ITIL (desirable) Salary on offer is c£40k (inc on-call) + overtime + benefits + training Looking to hire ASAP so please send me your latest CV and I will call you to discuss further.
