Technical Support Engineer - Payments, Card Payment Systems, Java, ITIL or our client, a cutting edge enterprise software organisation that provides highly sophisticated payment processing solutions to global E-commerce clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company which currently supports the processing of hundreds of millions in global payments per annum. Responsibilities include: - Problem Management: work closely with the customer services team to ensure SLA's are met - 2nd line support to the customer services team - Client integration: work closely with the account management team to assist clients integrate to services - Client training The successful candidate will come from a payments background.You will be comfortable constructing SQL queries and have been exposed to monitoring tools, such as Nagios, and monitoring methods such as SNMP.
