Electrical Design Engineer

This is a 3 month contract working for an exceptional World leading company that manufacture scientific instruments, who are seeking an ambitious Electrical Design Engineer, to help with the creation of electrical controls systems using AutoCAD software. You will have the opportunity to work within a diverse team of experienced Software Engineers, creating detailed drawings for innovative scientific technology. Role Responsibilities of the Electrical Design Engineer Are: * Deliver accurate solutions for control systems within an agreed timescale * Provide technical information for Manuals and written documentation * Maintain and promote the implementation of professional standards * Work with various technical departments to offer NPI and NPD projects Skills / Experience of the Electrical Design Engineer: * Proficiently use AutoCAD LT 2014 (or later), Excel, Word and Outlook * Possess a strong passion with using various software packages * Enthusiastic with software such as: AutoCAD, Solidworks, Solid Edge and Inventor * Join a team of experienced software engineers to ensure specification area clear and complete * This position would also suit someone who has a practical understanding of developing new technology, (NPD) or the introduction of new products (NPI) and Full product Life Cycle.
