Head of Development

My client is an award winning digital design agency that specializes in the creations of exciting and dynamic marketing campaigns. They are looking to recruit a Head of Development for their Cambridge office to grow and lead a talented team of 30 software engineering professionals. You will lead multiple teams developing cutting edge new products as well as enhancing existing offerings. As one of the most senior members of staff on site you will also take a role in site management. You will also be strongly client focused - understanding market trends and direction, and aligning the work of your unit with customer needs. You will be responsible for establishing the vision and strategy, coaching and mentoring employees, establishing and maintaining operational excellence, having a strong handle on all projects and a strong focus on engineering quality.
