Lead Embedded Software Engineer, Linux

My client are seeking a Lead Embedded Software Engineer, Linux based in Cambridge to design and manufacture a range of complex electronic products that are sold Worldwide. As a Lead Embedded Software Engineer, Linux you will be responsible for designing embedded software for a range of complex electronics based products. You will also be involved in researching and prototyping new technologies and methods to improve customer workflows. You will have experience developing software for embedded real time systems in C/C++, RTOS's, and embedded Linux. Key Responsibilities for the Lead Embedded Software Engineer, Linux will include: - Experience of developing real time software on embedded systems - Embedded Linux experience - Research and prototype new technologies and methods to improve customer workflows. As well as the above skills and experienced you will have 5 or more years professional software experience working in a multi-discipline development environment.
